Honestly I didn't really train for ...Thank you! Honestly I didn't really train for it except for one 8 mile hike I did before the trip. I usually jog a little and stay fairly in shape and that was enough. If you wanted, you might start walking stairs and hills (up and down) beforehand to prepare.
